London 2009 - Londres 2009

Hacía mucho tiempo desde la última vez que había ido a Londres, y quería hacer algo después de las vacaciones de verano en casa, tener la impresión de tener "vacaciones de verdad" (quiero decir, no simplemente estar en casa), así que pasé el último fin de semana allí. ¡Y fue realmente muy bonito! Me lo pasé muy bien, y realmente me gustó la ciudad. No sé si me gustaría vivir allí, pero creo que ofrece tantas cosas diferentes, tantas opciones y es tan diferente de las ciudades "europeas", que por lo menos es un sitio realmente interesante para pasar algún tiempo. Básicamente estuve paseando, pero también fui a un musical ("We will rock you", con música de Queen). El hotel también fue fantástico, no podía pararme de comer el bacon y todas esas cosas grasientas típicamente británicas, jeje. ¡Creo que incluso he ganado algo de peso en tan sólo un par de días! En cualquier caso, un fin de semana muy bonito y algo a repetir de vez en cuando.

It had been for a long time since I last went to London, and I wanted to do something after the Summer holidays at home, having the impression of having some "real holidays" (I mean, not just being at home), so I spent last weekend there. And it was very nice! I spent a real nice time, and I really enjoyed the city. I don't know if I'd like to live there, but I think it offers so many different things, so many options and it's so different from "European" cities, that it's at least a great place to spend some time. I was basically walking around, but I also attended a musical ("We will rock you", with Queen's music). The hotel was also great, I couldn't stop eating bacon and all that fatty typical British food, jeje. I think I even gained some weight in just a couple of days! Anyways, a very nice weekend and something to repeat from time to time.
